Forest Committee

Protecting where we ride

At NTR, we're committed to protecting our environment and preserving access to the beautiful natural areas where we ride. That's why we've established a Forest Committee to work with local councils and the Northumberland Forest to ensure that our off-road riding areas are protected and sustainable.

We're looking for volunteers to join the Forest Committee and help us in our efforts to protect and preserve the places where we ride. As a member of the committee, you'll have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated riders and environmentalists to advocate for our sport and ensure that we have access to safe, sustainable trails.

The Forest Committee is responsible for a range of tasks, including trail maintenance, environmental education and outreach, and advocacy work with local councils and organizations. We need volunteers for a range of roles, including trail maintenance, environmental monitoring, event planning, and more.

Volunteering on the Forest Committee is a fantastic way to give back to the environment and the off-road riding community, as well as gain valuable skills and experience in environmental advocacy and trail maintenance. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a great team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for riding and the outdoors.

So, if you're passionate about protecting the environment and preserving access to the places where we ride, we invite you to join the Forest Committee. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that future generations of riders have access to safe, sustainable trails.

To get involved or learn more about the Forest Committee and our work, contact the NTR or visit our website. We look forward to hearing from you and working together to protect our riding areas.
